Warranty & Complaints

WARRANTY

CarlieV uses the following warranty periods after the date of purchase:

  • Gold-plated Stainless Steel
    6 months
  • Donut charms
    6 months

We assess each situation individually. Contact info@carliev.com and include the following information:

  • Order number and full name
  • Photo/video of the damaged product where the problem is clearly visible
  • A short description of the problem
If it is determined that it concerns a manufacturing defect, your product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Please note that the warranty is void if a defect has arisen as a result of or resulting from negligence because you or someone else has tried to modify the product or used the product for which it was not made.


Damage to products through normal use is not covered by the warranty conditions. This also applies to the Stainless steel collection and Donut Charms. In addition, a bent ring is not covered by the warranty conditions. Furthermore, the loss of products is not covered by the warranty conditions.

WRONG/DAMAGED PRODUCT RECEIVED

At CarlieV, we strive to thoroughly check all products and your order before shipping. If you have received a wrong or damaged product, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt. You can do this by sending an email to info@carliev.com with the following information:

  • Order number and full name
  • Photo/video of the damaged product and a short description
If you inform us later than 3 days after receipt, we can no longer be held liable.


COMPLAINTS

It can always happen that something doesn't go quite as planned. We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by emailing info@carliev.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.

From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
